These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and y99game ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing y99game at y99game.bet, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the y99game platform. We recommend saving or printing a copy of these Terms for your records. The most recent version of these Terms is always available on this page and supersedes all previous versions.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and y99game.

To register and use y99game, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. y99game strictly prohibits access by minors. We may request age verification documents at any time, and accounts found to belong to players under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds returned to the verified payment source.
• You must be accessing y99game from a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform is legal in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer or immediate family member of a y99game employee or business partner in a position that could create a conflict of interest.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or voluntary exclusion programme that covers y99game or its related platforms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If you are registering on behalf of a legal entity, you must have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on y99game. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, identity, device, payment method or IP address — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to update this information promptly if any of it changes. y99game may refuse registration or suspend an account if provided information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading.

• Account security: You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. y99game will never ask you for your password by email, chat or any other channel.
• Unauthorised access: You must notify y99game immediately at support@y99game.bet if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of your login credentials.
• Account ownership: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or allow any other person to use your y99game account.
• Verification: y99game may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing withdrawals or at any point during the account lifecycle. Required documents typically include government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method.

y99game reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason. Registering an account does not guarantee continued access to the platform.

All transactions on y99game are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). y99game supports the following deposit methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank Transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. There is no maximum deposit limit under normal account circumstances, though y99game may apply limits based on account verification status or responsible gaming controls.

• Deposits are credited to your y99game wallet instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment method used and network conditions at the time of the transaction.
• y99game does not charge any fees for standard deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your payment provider before depositing.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used to fund your y99game account. Using payment methods belonging to third parties is prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
• y99game reserves the right to request proof of a payment method — such as a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account — before processing a withdrawal to that method for the first time.
• Deposits made in error (e.g. wrong account, incorrect amounts) should be reported to support@y99game.bet immediately. y99game will make reasonable efforts to reverse such transactions but cannot guarantee it in all cases.

y99game aims to process all withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. Standard processing times are outlined below, though y99game cannot guarantee specific processing times due to factors outside our control such as banking system availability and public holidays.

• Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically processed within minutes to a few hours during business hours.
• Bank Transfer (IBFT): Typically processed same-day or next business day depending on submission time.
• Visa/Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on the card-issuing bank.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. y99game does not charge withdrawal fees under standard conditions. VIP Gold, Platinum and Diamond tier members receive accelerated withdrawal processing as a tier benefit.

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been used to fund the account or that are registered in the same name as the y99game account.
• y99game reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• Pending withdrawals may be cancelled by the player before they are processed. Once a withdrawal has been processed by y99game, it cannot be reversed.
• If a withdrawal is returned to y99game by the payment provider for any reason, y99game will credit the amount back to your platform wallet and notify you by email or SMS so you can arrange an alternative method.

y99game offers bonuses, free bets, cashback and other promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. The general bonus terms below apply to all promotional offers unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. y99game reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its discretion.
• One bonus per player: Unless explicitly stated, only one bonus may be claimed per player, household, device, IP address or payment method per promotion period.
• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the account without compensation.
• Abuse: y99game monitors accounts for bonus abuse including matched betting, arbitrage betting, use of multiple accounts or any other practice intended to exploit promotional offers unfairly. Where abuse is detected, bonuses will be voided and the account may be suspended.
• Changes: y99game reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Modifications will not affect bonus funds already credited to a player's account under the original terms.

The following rules apply to all sports betting and cricket betting activities on y99game. Product-specific rules for individual markets may be found in the relevant help section of the platform.

• Bet acceptance: Bets are accepted at y99game's sole discretion. The platform reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason.
• Odds: All odds are displayed in decimal format. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference is issued, the odds at confirmation are locked.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment before completion criteria are met, data feed error, obvious pricing error, or event cancellation. Voided bets are returned to the player's wallet at stake value.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum bet is Rs 50. Maximum stakes per bet or market may vary and are displayed at the time of bet placement. y99game may impose lower maximum stakes on individual player accounts at its discretion.
• Suspicious activity: y99game reserves the right to void bets and suspend accounts where there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, insider knowledge, organised fraud or any form of dishonest betting practice.
• Results: Official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, etc.) will be used to settle all sports bets. y99game's settlement decisions on ambiguous outcomes are final.

The following rules apply to all casino games and skill games available on y99game, including Live Casino, Aviator, Teen Patti and Ludo Games.

• Game fairness: All Random Number Generator (RNG) based games on y99game are independently tested and certified for fairness. Live dealer games use genuine physical equipment under monitored conditions. Aviator and crash games use provably fair cryptographic seeding.
• Disconnections: If a player disconnects during a game round, y99game's system will handle the round according to the game's specific disconnection policy (typically completing the round using the last committed action or minimum action). Disconnection protection details are available in each game's help section.
• Technical errors: In the event of a technical failure that affects the outcome of a game round, the round may be declared void and stakes returned. y99game's decision on affected rounds is final. The platform is not liable for losses arising from technical issues outside its reasonable control.
• Minimum and maximum bets: Each game and table has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, displayed within the game interface before participation. These limits may differ between standard and VIP products.
• Teen Patti rules: Standard Pakistani Teen Patti hand rankings apply to Classic Teen Patti. Variant-specific rules (Joker, Muflis, AK47, 999) are displayed in the relevant game lobby and apply in full from the moment a player joins a table.
• Ludo Games rules: y99game Ludo uses standard Ludo rules with modifications specific to each format (Classic, Speed, 1v1, Tournament). Auto-play applies to any player who exceeds the turn timer without acting. Room creators in Private Rooms accept additional responsibility for inviting eligible players only.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your y99game account. Limits can be decreased immediately. Increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session limits: Set a maximum time duration for each session on the platform. Once the session limit is reached, you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a defined period. Once reached, further betting is suspended for the remainder of the period.
• Cool-down period: Take a break from y99game for a period of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a cool-down, you cannot log in or place bets. Funds remain secure in your account.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from y99game. During self-exclusion, your account is blocked across all products. Requests for permanent self-exclusion are irreversible. Contact support@y99game.bet to activate self-exclusion if you cannot do so from account settings.

y99game reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading or incomplete registration information.
• Multiple account creation (two or more accounts linked to the same player).
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in fraud, money laundering, match-fixing or any other criminal activity.
• Bonus abuse, arbitrage betting or any practice intended to exploit the platform unfairly.
• Use of software, bots, scripts or automated tools to interact with the platform.
• Abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour directed at y99game staff or other players.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested within the specified timeframe.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at y99game's discretion pending investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons not attributable to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support@y99game.bet. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

All content on the y99game platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, page designs, text, software code and trademarks — is the property of y99game or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the y99game platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any y99game content without prior written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code from any y99game software.
• Use y99game's name, logo or branding in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation without written consent.
• Screen-scrape, data-mine or use automated tools to extract content or data from the platform.

Violation of y99game's intellectual property rights may result in account suspension and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, y99game's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.

y99game is not liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from a player's decision to bet or wager, whether or not that decision was influenced by information provided on the platform.
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, internet connectivity issues or force majeure events.
• Loss of profits, business, data or any other indirect or consequential losses however caused.
• Errors or inaccuracies in live data feeds, scores or statistics provided by third-party data suppliers, where y99game has acted in good faith on that data.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

y99game collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering for an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were most recently changed. Your continued use of y99game after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure.
